I'm Shay, and when I started working as an IT consultant and working with other small businesses it felt rewarding to me. When they thanked me for getting things up and running again, their “Thank You” felt sincere, and I felt happy making a difference in their day. This is what SNL Tech Services is about. It's about making a difference for another small business owner. Technology is ever changing, which can be frustrating when you just want it to work.

Shay is a very knowledgeable IT consultant. As a small business owner I want to ensure I am doing things properly when it comes to IT and Shay is my go-to person. She always has an answer or a solution for what I am trying to accomplish. Also, working from home, I was looking to have some flexibility in how I work, so, Shay was able to install WiFi outside my home so I can work outdoors on nice days and not lose my signal. What a great addition to my home office! If you are a small business owner, having a reliable IT person, like Shay, is priceless!

What wonderful service!
My God, what wonderful service and knowledge. The staff helped the local Fire Department with some IT issues. They're knowledgeable and super kind. They had everything up and running so that we could continue to serve the public. I couldn't believe how amazing SNL Tech was. I would buy a computer, and break it just so they could fix it again.
